General Information
We normally ship orders out the same or next day after receipt
of order.
We ship products anywhere USPS or UPG Ground will ship to the
United States, including Alaska, Hawaii.

Shipping and Handling charges are based on merchandise total weight and also
include a handling fee, and shipping materials fee for each shipping address,
shipped within the Continental U.S. We will reserve the right to ship via a
different carrier if we feel the shipping time will be reduced, and we will
not add any additional charge to you for this service.
Please check your addresses carefully! We can not extend our guarantee to orders
for which we are given an incorrect address.
If a miss addressed package is returned or an
additional handling fee is charged by UPS, we will pass this cost on to you.
We will charge the additional fee on your credit card used for the initial order.
Warm Weather Policy
In addition, please take special care with delivery dates.
Make sure someone will be home to receive and refrigerate your package upon
its arrival.
Cheese and chocolate products, 2nd day air is required for these items to BE
GUARANTEED DURING WARM WEATHER! APPROX (MAY through AUGUST and any warm spells
between)
During warm weather and for delivery to warm climates (CA, AZ, NM, TX, LA, MS,
AL, GA, FL) we strongly recommend all items be sent 2nd day am delivery Air
for a safe arrival. This must be specified on your order form.
A word about cheese.. if your receive a cheese product and
you find there is liquid that has leached from the wax coating, this is normal.
The cheese has lost some of its water (way) but is fine to eat. It is not possible
to keep your cheese order from doing this, especially on small pieces shipped
on hot days or stored in a hot shipping facility during transit. Remember cheese
has been made and preserved this way for centuries. It will taste a little sharper,
because this is the process of how a cheese becomes sharper, but will still
be wonderful, and a delight to serve.
Maple Candy
We sell only pure maple candy. Because it contains only Maple Syrup the candy
may blossom. This is shown by blotchy lighter color, and small holes appear
in the top. This is normal and it does not affect the flavor. As an all natural
product with no stabilizers you will see this happen if it under goes extreme
temperature changes.
Returns:
If a product is damaged, you must contact the shipper first. they will contact
us and return the package. We will either resend the product or we will refund
the amount of your order.
If you have ordered a product and it was not what you expected ( ex. the cheese
is to sharp in flavor) we do not offer refunds. These are specialty products,
and to most they are the best. All our products are personal inspected for quality.
